How it works
What adult training looks like here
- Students break into groups by skill level during class
- Every student gets individual attention at their own level
- Beginners train alongside senior students rather than being kept separate
- Traditional U.S.A. Goju - kata, conditioning, and practical self-defense
- No contracts pressure at the door; train first, decide after
- Wear something you can move in for the first class - no uniform needed
- Sparring is part of training here: Thursday is motion study, Friday is harder
- The lower rank sets the pace, and nothing is thrown at a beginner unprepared
